Welcome to MugHeads.com. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Printed Orders

All products offered by MugHeads are custom printed to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. Please review your quote and virtual proof carefully before approval.

2. Billing & Payment

• All orders are billed through QuickBooks.
• Payment is due according to the terms outlined on your invoice.
• Orders will not move into production until proof approval and confirmation are received.

3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed in addition to product costs.
• MugHeads is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or damage in transit once the order has left our facility.

4. Defects & Errors

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or internal error on our part, we will promptly correct or replace the affected items at no additional cost. Claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

5. Customer Artwork & Logos

By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you have the rights to use these materials. MugHeads is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations in customer-supplied artwork.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MugHeads.com, including text, images, and branding, is the property of MugHeads and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MugHeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our responsibility is limited to correcting errors within the scope of these terms.

8. Policy Updates

MugHeads may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes agreement to the most recent version.
